The Job:

Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be responsible for marketing acquisition campaigns across radio, direct mail, out of home, and TV/video. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, executives and external agency partners that play a critical role in the growth of RepairSmith.

We Will Depend On This Person To:

Own: 

o The channel strategy and outline the operating plan for the channel. Effectively communicating the channel strategy across the company and agency partners.

o Leveraging internal data, partner insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape to make data-based recommendations for perpetual improvements

o Liaising with the online acquisition Marketing team to align the overall acquisition strategy and ensure optimal channel allocation and ROI

Spearhead: 

o Designing and implementing test frameworks that employ statistically valid test and control methodologies to gather data and measure the impact on campaign response, customer value and program ROI

o Effectively communicating strategy, reporting, and analysis to rally stakeholders around user acquisition objectives

o Identifying and addressing data, platform or technology gaps that might hinder successful progress

o As the business continues to grow rapidly, invest in systems and processes to build the foundation for sustainable long-term growth.

You Should Have:

• BA/BS from an accredited university with 6+ years of work experience at a high growth company.
• Track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via paid marketing
• In-depth expertise in podcasts, local and national radio, TV and video, OTT and other relevant channels
• Experience in devising multi-variate attribution systems with the aim to determine optimal spend levels across different offline channels and the entire Marketing portfolio
• Quantitative modeling and financial forecasting, ability to determine spend elasticities
• Strong quantitative analysis skills, affinity for numbers and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately
• Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
