Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager who can help drive brand and marketing strategy, campaign development and execution, and cross-functional projects. This role requires experience in both developing and executing insights-driven marketing programs that drive key brand metrics against users and non-users. This role will work closely with many cross-functional marketing teams including Content, Creative, Product, Creator, Growth, B2B and Partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be very comfortable using analytics and measurements to guide decisions and have a great understanding of the difference between brand and product marketing to develop effective marketing plans overall that truly move the needle.
Responsibilities
- Develop insights and data-driven business briefs to provide cross-functional marketing teams the ability to brief agencies and execute world-class marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with other functional teams to define & deliver our marketing strategy, including Content, Creator, Partner Marketing and Experiential
- Develop presentations and other documents to clearly communicate strategic plans to marketing leadership, cross-functional partners, and the broader organization as well as provide recaps of post-campaigns.
- Develop measurable KPIs and track the performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns where applicable and find new opportunities
- Be the marketing expert for Route Consumer products: market, consumer knowledge, needs & trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years work experience on the brand side, developing marketing strategy at an entertainment, tech and/or CPG company and/or in a marketing or agency environment working closely on campaign strategy, development and media.
- Data and insights driven with experience leading large integrated campaigns.
- Background in working in large, matrixed companies, across all levels of management and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Google Drive and online suite of programs, Google Slides, Excel, Monday, Airtable, or other project management tools
- Have an enthusiastic, generous, nimble and hands-on approach
