  • Collaborate with teams across the business (Product Marketing, Retention, etc.) to identify opportunities for CRM marketing efforts
  • Work closely with data science to provide inputs to strategic projects around customer segmentation, and building CRM models that drive cross-selling, retention and customer growth initiatives
  • Support the development of performance forecasts, defining key success metrics for campaigns, setting a reporting cadence, and creating report templates for senior stakeholders
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports that highlight key CRM performance insights and strategic learnings.
  • Work closely with CRM specialists in launching campaigns and help measure the success of those campaigns by providing analytical support

  • Hands on experience working with very large data sets, including statistical analysis, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Braze, etc) where you have influenced the launch or planning of campaigns
  • Understand and have experience in campaign planning, customer segmentation, targeting, and execution or analysis of marketing campaigns
