TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. We're seeking an experienced executive communications professional to join our US team to support our TikTok For Business leaders for one of our fastest-growing markets. Working closely with the wider communications team, this role will be instrumental in shaping and building our executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives in the US and globally. - Spearhead the strategy and execution of global executive communications programs for key members of TikTok's Global Business Solutions team. - Partner with executive leaders and key stakeholders to build program initiatives, compelling and persuasive external narratives, and a distribution strategy that aligns with each executive’s pillar - Collaborate with global B2B and corporate communications teams as well as agency partners to build executive thought leadership campaigns; lead strategy and execution of media engagements, events and awards for leaders - Handle inbound press inquiries and interact with media on a range of topics related to executive communications; manage relationships with tier 1 press, analysts and key opinion leaders. - Train and counsel executives for media interviews, press conferences and presentations. - Hold the Comms team responsible to a robust, metrics-driven reporting program to create clear accountability and regularly measure and communicate success.

Qualifications

- 8+ years work experience in corporate, executive and/or B2B communications. - Passion for executive communications and executive narrative + platform development - A creative and thoughtful approach to storytelling; a strong, clear writing style and voice - Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly and flexibly to change. - Experience in day-to-day media relations and/or agency background a plus. - Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and verbal and written communications skills. - Experience in issues-handling a plus - Experience in tech or internet space a plus.
