Job Description

Procore is looking for a highly motivated and data-driven SEO Manager to join Procore’s digital marketing team. In this role you’ll manage our search optimization strategy. You will be focused on growing our organic search results and traffic/lead volume globally. 

You’ll leverage your skills to build out Procore’s SEO roadmap and goals, partner with our SEO agency to execute on our roadmap, align with internal stakeholders, and share growth insights. 

You’ll test and analyze different growth strategies and push SEO initiatives that impact customer acquisition. Successful candidates have a passion for SEO and conversion rate optimization.

This position will report to our Director, Digital Marketing and has the opportunity to be based remotely or in our Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX, offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Audit, analyze, develop, and test SEO strategies and programs

• Assist in technical implementation of SEO strategies

• Perform keyword research to identify and go after incremental marketing opportunities

• Build global SEO reporting to track progress for key stakeholders

• Create a master keyword map for procore.com and related sites

• Work with SEO agency to develop internal process 

• Stay up to date on SEO algorithm updates and tweak strategies accordingly

• Develop competitor SEO analysis

• Work collaboratively with team members across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and IT 

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years practical, hands-on experience in managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies

• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies for global, multilingual sites

• Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, MOZ, SEMRush, ahrefs, and Adobe Analytics

• Experience partnering with content teams to create net new content and update existing content

• Experience with website analysis, link building, site architecture

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, Adobe Analytics, etc.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at multiple levels within the company

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through; is comfortable within a fast paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience executing B2B SaaS SEO strategies

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, Javascript and website administration 

• Working knowledge of paid search platforms such as Google Adwords and Microsoft Ads Center.
