Sales/Marketing Assistant

This role will focus on assisting both our Sales and Marketing teams on specific tasks and day-to-day operations. This represents an exciting opportunity for a candidate that wants to be exposed to the world of technical sales and operations, and learn from the Industry greats. You will be challenged to think creatively and to create process and infrastructure that will support and streamline the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our sales and marketing teams in day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Make outbound calls and appointment setting.
- Provide information about the products and service
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
What you'll need:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Bachelor's Degree required.
