Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, we are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing campaigns across key retail markets and act as conduit between Sales, Operations, and Marketing. Prior experience with building and executing diverse marketing mix programs and dedication to operational excellence is a must.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Strategic planning, management and execution of allocated retail, promotional and marketing budget. Develop master marketing calendars and events to support key markets (including trade events, shows, local market activations.) 
* Generate and test consumer insights for market segmentation and provide input into channel strategy 
* Develop go-to-market marketing strategies (seeding, launch and momentum, etc.) and planning frameworks for brand success in key markets and distribution channels - align with Marketing, Sales and Operations 
* Manage marketing plans and evaluate & report all marketing spend, trade and promotion effectiveness on an on-going basis. 
* Identify, prioritize, manage and execute business trade shows. Decide which in-market local activations we should participate in to align with brand and sales goals. 
* Cultivate, develop and schedule brand ambassadors to enhance local market effectiveness and support sales goals. 
* Develop, manage and track inventory of branded collateral, point-of-sales materials, sales samples, sales training and documentation 
* Assist with preparation for retail presentations, business reviews, new item submission, and price promotions and new market introductions 
* Develop and distribute monthly retailer newsletter. 
* Must have some travel flexibility: May be required to attend and/or pour at special events such as samplings, tastings, dinners, and festivals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
* 3+ years of channel, retail or sales marketing management experience, with expertise in managing a variety of marketing activations 
* Keen understanding of channel strategy, digital marketing and retail marketing levers 
* Strong interpersonal skills with a successful proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to get results 
* Familiarity working with sales operations, brand marketing and account management (startup experience a plus). 
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to lead discussions with colleagues, customers, and vendors 
* Relentless customer-first mindset 
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work, and are able to learn or adapt quickly and gracefully to the needs of a fast growing company. 
* Solutions oriented, self-motivated, and results driven. 
* You’re confident, agile and energetic. You are able to manage multiple priorities at a time. 
* Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 
* Flexibility to travel overnight up to 25% of the time. 
* Advanced with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Salesforce or other CRM software management is a plus 
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
