Project Coordinator-Marketing
Job Summary:
The role of the Project Coordinator - Marketing is to support marketing campaign initiatives to ensure on-time delivery of projects and tasks. The Project Coordinator will closely work with the Project Manager to help coordinate marketing promotional activities and campaigns, content quality, design and other tasks as needed.
Job Expectations:
Help manage day-to-day Marketing projects and campaign planning, deliverables, follow up and QA.
Assist with the creation and management of project timelines and ensure all project details are up to date and accurate.
Help in the implementation of new or existing technology and integration to improve collaboration, content management, planning and workflow.
Communicate updates, schedule changes, successes, failures and improvements to the team and/or stakeholders.
Analyze existing processes and design operational flowcharts with the intent of improving efficiency of internal procedures.
Accountable for the quality of incoming projects and providing internal communication regarding deadlines and changes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:
History of on-time delivery of simple to complex projects
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Team Player and ability to work independently
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills
Understanding of iHerb’s internal processes and departments
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience conducting audits and quality checks
Knowledge of cross-functional flowcharts
Equipment Knowledge:
Ability to use standard computer equipment
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office, Google Docs and related tools.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years in managing internal or global projects, preferably with an ecommerce company
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
Judgment/Reasoning Ability: Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.
