How You Can Make An Impact
We are seeking an experienced product storyteller and competitive strategist to help lead Enervee’s product intelligence program as our Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will design and execute highly visible initiatives to discover and disseminate impactful competitive insights that will directly influence Enervee’s go-to-market strategy and product roadmap. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to help Enervee aggressively grow our pipeline and compete effectively through actionable intelligence, product positioning, and sales enablement collateral.
What You Will Do
- Develop comprehensive B2B marketing plans - implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for new and existing products
- Build and execute plans that generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
- Develop product positioning and messaging, creating product materials and programs for the sales team
- Manage and execute a comprehensive competitive intelligence program, including win/loss analysis, competitor product launches, objection handling, and more
- Develop up-to-date tools (such as FAQs, battle cards, SWOT analysis, playbooks, internal and external presentations) with a view toward improving sales effectiveness
- Develop and maintain a network of information sources, including internal teams, partners, consumers, and analysts.
- In coordination with the sales team develop product offerings and pricing strategies
- Brief internal teams on a quarterly basis around new competitor technologies, competitive messaging, and positioning issues
What You Bring to the Team
As Enervee's Product Marketing Manager, you possess a record of success in dynamic environments and grace in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to get stuff done. You are highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast- paced, team environment. And you have exceptional skills in communication, presenting, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally
- 3-5+ years experience in product marketing, product management, competitive intelligence or sales enablement at a high-tech company
- Be resourceful. You’ll need the ability to successfully drive projects in a startup environment (with minimal guidance, limited resources)
- Product and or brand management experience owning the product/brand story and positioning
- Strong market research, quantitative and analytical skills and tools
- Experience and mastery of CRM platforms and tools (including Hubspot) and B2B marketing platforms (including LinkedIn)
Bonus Points! MBA + Past Enterprise SaaS experience both a plus but not required
