That’s where you come in.  We’re seeking our first Product Marketing Manager/Director to lead our messaging and drive awareness of our work and vision.

What You Will Do:

  • Help shape and drive our product and go-to-market strategies. As the Product Marketing Manager/Director, you will define Convoso’s product marketing vision and strategy for core products and work across product, sales, and marketing to implement it
  • Obtain a deep understanding of Convoso’s product, features, and ecosystem
  • Engage with our direct customers to understand their needs, and bring market feedback as key inputs into the product roadmap
  • Analyze market and customer dynamics
  • Develop product messaging and positioning, understanding key value drivers in the market, our unique value proposition, and how our users perceive our product
  • Establish programs to gather customer and market insights that drive our product strategy for core products and business segments, and execute programs to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Drive and launch new products and solutions
  • Create customer-facing content, including: website pages, sales decks, blog posts, case studies, use cases, demos, webinars, videos, white papers, in-app content, and onboarding guides
  • Develop and deliver product, market, and industry-specific enablement to the sales team
  • Drive and launch strategic go-to-market plans
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, customer success, sales, engineering to drive the execution of product or new feature launches

Who You Are:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager
  • Proven success and experience diving into a product and becoming a champion and promoting features, use cases, and value propositions to customers.
  • Product marketing experience with a B2B SaaS company is required
  • Proven experience with data analysis; storytelling; positioning/messaging; email marketing
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a focus on technical subjects
  • Experience launching technical products 
  • Knowledge and experience in customer buying behavior for enterprise software
  • Experience with the contact center industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or similar field
