At Lucky Day, we work closely with a nimble team to push the envelope toward outstanding user experiences. As a Product Marketing Manager - CRM. You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing best-in-class engagement programs across, push notifications, sms, in app modals to increase retention, reactivations and engagement with our users. You will be using email marketing focused on product growth, social media, and all other content related to the product.

Qualifications

  • Own and execute lifecycle campaign strategies (end-to-end campaign production) to increase engagement and reduce churn.
  • Support all marketing initiatives including brand campaigns and weekly newsletters / campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal partners (marketing / product managers / engineering) to ensure timely planning, creation, and deployment of all campaigns.
  • Own day-to-day communication and project coordination with internal clients.
  • Monitor Engagement dashboards and report findings with the team.
  • Execute and report results of A/B and multivariate tests.
  • CRM experience.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Working knowledge of email marketing
  • Strong aptitude in analytics and data modeling
  • Social media expertise focused on growth
  • Cross promotion between apps

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and document marketing and product features.
  • Partner with other product, design and engineering teams to drive alignment.
  • Drive the product discovery process and support design, execution, and deployment for defined projects.
  • Define detailed requirements based on a deep understanding of brand and CRM processes.
  • Facilitate dialogue across functional areas and management levels.
  • Support product managers in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project management
  • Define growth and retention tasks from the project and product goals & initiatives.
  • Drive quality through user, functional, non-functional, and integration testing.
  • Manage scope and change, evaluate trade-offs, and propose alternatives as necessary.
