Performance Marketing Manager
The CREXi team is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is eager to help us innovate and grow our commercial real estate marketplace. Your role will focus on driving new buyer acquisition, primarily leveraging paid search (Google AdWords) and paid social (LinkedIn). In addition, you’ll work alongside our T-shaped marketing team, helping to build and optimize display, retargeting and affiliate campaigns. You’ll also test new channels to integrate into the acquisition mix. This role requires strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience in a marketing role.
4+ years experience using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini to drive acquisition on behalf of a brand.
Experience using various performance marketing channels to drive acquisition efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
Actively managed campaigns that exceed revenue and efficiency targets.
Passionate about using data to guide decision-making and grow a marketplace business.
Experienced working with data to determine CAC, LTV, ROI, and other KPIs.
Proactively monitor and identify campaign optimization opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with Analytics to project performance and ensure attribution is established and recording properly.
Partner across the organization with product marketing, sales, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to align on vision and drive initiatives forward.
Effectively managed a 3rd party SEM agency with defined metrics, budgets, creatives, and expectations.
What You’ll Do
Build, optimize and scale marketing campaigns and programs across paid search, display, paid social, affiliates, retargeting (AdRoll), and other channels.
Identify, explore and prioritize new acquisition marketing and growth opportunities.
Create and test different landing pages to continually improve conversion rates.
Help manage budgets, track spend, and suggest budget increases/decreases based on channel-based return.
Overlap with internal analytics, creative and business resources to help bring your campaigns to life.
