About the job

The role of the Partnerships Marketing Manager is paramount to the success of Hawke Media as a whole. As the bridge between our partnerships and marketing teams, as well as partners, the Partnerships Marketing Manager is key in developing new revenue-generating co-marketing strategies by working with internal and external stakeholders to create, manage, launch, and optimize existing campaigns and lead generation tactics. This role will report to the Vice President, Partnerships and will serve as a main point-of-contact for internal channels and partners. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Foster and manage positive, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with partners
  • Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation and co-marketing initiatives
  • Oversee and develop co-marketing strategies that leverage both partners’ and Hawke Media’s channels, providing joint value
  • Develop partner marketing tools and platforms to ensure that partner programs meet marketing and sales objectives.
  • Report on partner marketing goals and outcomes 
  • Evaluate the marketing performance of co-marketing initiatives with partners, recommend improvements, and optimize campaigns
  • Own, develop, and approve all partnership messaging, creative, and content to ensure Hawke Media is best represented through partner channels
  • Work with internal and external services and creative teams to develop brand-right marketing materials
  • Project manage partnership operations with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and improve upon processes
  • Continuously measure, report on, and improve partner marketing opportunities and operational processes
  • Serve as point-of-contact for all channels (press, media, events, owned channels, social, etc) and internal marketing teams
  • Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications.
  • Seek out new and innovative marketing levers that drive partnerships KPIs
  • Provide support to inbound marketing team on an as needed basis
  • Engage directly as needed with senior stakeholders within both Hawke Media and the partner organizations; embody Hawke’s brand values and culture as an ambassador
  • Develop and write internal and external partnership presentation desks and documents

 

Skills & Experience:

 



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in marketing or partnerships
  • B2B marketing background 
  • Agency experience preferred 
  • Ecommerce experience a plus 
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and copy editing skills
  • Email Marketing experience 
  • Understanding of UTM codes and marketing analytics as well as marketing reporting metrics
  • Project Management and highly organized
  • Ability to foster professional relationships and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Good eye for well designed, well branded materials
  • Skills in photoshop or sketch a plus
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Pardot, Crossbeam, PartnerStack, and PartnerPage a plus 
  • Work with a "no task too big, no task too small” attitude
  • Never satisfied with the status quo, always thinking "how can we do this better?"
  • Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast paced environment
  • Super comfortable with ambiguity, change, and the dynamic environment that comes with connecting a hyper-growth agency with more established ones
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Has an ultra-positive DNA and outlook and is a constant contributor to positive energy on the team and company
  • Sees opportunities where others see limitations and constraints
