About the Role:
We are looking for a Paid Social Coordinator to join Honey’s marketing team. As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you will work on paid social campaigns with Facebook and other channels, report on impact and act upon it, and collaborate with internal creative partners. You are a data-informed, strategic thinker who has the intuition & desire to find the truth in the numbers. You are hungry and eager to learn and will never be satisfied with the status quo. You’ll let the data tell the story and surface actionable insights.
What You'll Do:
As a Paid Media Coordinator at Honey, you will:
Aggregate data and report on campaign performance: identify wins, losses, and next steps
Build Facebook and Twitter ads, strategize audience targeting, and propose campaign improvements
Collaborate with Honey’s internal creative team, help generate new content and provide actionable intel on past video performance
Support team in sourcing external creative partners, find influencers and content creators in top performing verticals
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
At least 1-2 years marketing experience
Expert at excel - comfortable with pivot tables and formulas
Effective time management, analytical, and organizational skills
Knowledge of digital platforms (YouTube, Google, Display, etc.)
A self-starter with strong work ethic – goes the extra mile without being asked
Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
