We are looking for a Media Supervisor, Paid Search with experience creating, executing and optimizing direct response paid search e-commerce campaigns. 

How you will contribute:

  • Leads a team(s) of paid search managers and analysts on strategy, tactics, execution, reporting and client management.
  • Ultimately owns and is responsible for all client deliverables, campaign performance, reporting and client relationship of the team(s) they manage.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans and recommendations across paid search, YouTube, GDN and other Google campaigns.
  • Collaborate and integrate with the Paid Social, Strategy, Creative, Email and Business Development teams.
  • Determine budget, flighting and allocations based on strategies and performance.
  • Set up ad tracking, establish creative/assets requirements and implement Q/A process.
  • Build campaign reports and ensure integration of performance data from all channels.
  • Manage the day to day relationship and communication with the platforms, partners, and publishers on each plan.
  • Coordinate with Accounting on monthly reconciliation and billing.
  • Present monthly reporting and insights to clients.
  • Participate in regular client calls and meetings.
  • Create and present QBR’s, wrap up reports, seasonal and yearly plans.
  • Stays up to date with industry news, trends and innovations.

Who will be successful in this role?

  • 5+ years of paid search experience in an agency setting
  • Expertise of the consumer journey, e-commerce, direct response as well as brand building and awareness.
  • Deep knowledge marketing metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV etc
  • Strong knowledge of market, consumer and competitive research techniques and tools.
  • Strong holistic knowledge of all digital media channels, platforms, technologies and innovations.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Superior time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple direct reports, projects and ongoing operational tasks, while effectively managing changing internal and client-facing priorities.
  • Innovative, forward-thinking and collaborative team player.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field a plus).
  • Highly experienced with audience segmentation, messaging, flighting and budgeting.
  • Positive, "can-do" and "will-do" attitude at all times, no days off.
  • Approaches all challenges as new learning and growth opportunities, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Constantly challenges the status quo to find novel solutions to campaign planning execution, reporting and internal processes.
  • Makes novel and innovative contributions to refine and improve channel on-boarding & launch processes based on new platform and media/market trends, executions, ideologies, etc.
  • Fosters a positive work environment and turns negative vibes into positive vibes.
  • Experienced in creating and executing tests and learn opportunities.
  • Identifies new learning and development events and opportunities for our Media Buying team (continuing education, skill building, and team bonding).
  • Embraces and respects new ideas, opinions, and ideologies, and encourages collaboration.
  • Understands the need to be agile and make quick but informed decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Excellent presentation building, writing and client communication skills.
