The Paid Search Associate will support Honey’s paid search, display & online video efforts – meaning he/she will be responsible for supporting day-to-day campaign management & KPI reporting. This candidate is naturally curious and relentless & gritty in anything he/she takes on. This person will directly report to the Sr. Manager, Digital.

What You'll Do:

• Support digital marketing strategies that deliver on performance objectives & goals
• Campaign setup
• Build campaign / ad group / keyword structure
• Develop ad copy & mine keywords
• Set up & QA tracking
• Campaign management
• Own certain facets of optimizations, which include: negative keyword strategy, ad copy & keyword expansion, website & category exclusions, bid & budget management
• A/B & Multivariate Testing
• Execute ad copy & landing page experiments
• Support both the digital team & overall marketing teams’ reporting needs
• Manage & optimize daily/monthly/quarterly reporting across all channels
• Liaise with Finance to ensure media spend is reconciled monthly
• Tackle ad-hoc reporting requests & recommend actionable insights

About You:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative subject
• 1-2 years of digital paid acquisition experience (hands-on paid search & display buying experience a plus)
• Familiarity of Google Analytics
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task
