The Paid Search Associate will support Honey’s paid search, display & online video efforts – meaning he/she will be responsible for supporting day-to-day campaign management & KPI reporting. This candidate is naturally curious and relentless & gritty in anything he/she takes on. This person will directly report to the Sr. Manager, Digital.
What You'll Do:
- Support digital marketing strategies that deliver on performance objectives & goals
- Campaign setup
- Build campaign / ad group / keyword structure
- Develop ad copy & mine keywords
- Set up & QA tracking
- Campaign management
- Own certain facets of optimizations, which include: negative keyword strategy, ad copy & keyword expansion, website & category exclusions, bid & budget management
- A/B & Multivariate Testing
- Execute ad copy & landing page experiments
- Support both the digital team & overall marketing teams’ reporting needs
- Manage & optimize daily/monthly/quarterly reporting across all channels
- Liaise with Finance to ensure media spend is reconciled monthly
- Tackle ad-hoc reporting requests & recommend actionable insights
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative subject
- 1-2 years of digital paid acquisition experience (hands-on paid search & display buying experience a plus)
- Familiarity of Google Analytics
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task
