About This Role:
The CREXi team is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Performance Marketing team. This role will leverage data and analysis to drive insights, influence Media spend, and increase sales across our organization. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and excited to make an impact. You are a storyteller - analyzing data, building dashboards, and creating a narrative of insights and recommendations.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver insights based on quantitative analysis in line with industry best practices.
Experience in measuring marketing success across traditional and digital channels and identifying opportunities for improving marketing.
Experience working with multiple large datasets and the ability to pull from such datasets using relevant programs and coding.
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with impeccable business acumen.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present complicated data findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Excellent data visualization skills.
Partner with the analytics team to refine Marketing Attribution models.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics role
High Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with BI reporting & Dashboard Tools (Tableau a plus, MixPanel a plus)
Knowledge of Digital Marketing channels, with experience in media mix optimization (search, email, social, programmatic display, etc.
You have a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment
Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Mix Panel, and Salesforce
Experience with SQL, Python, or R
Experience developing marketing attribution models
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Ability to solve complex problems quantitatively and develop clear, data-driven business recommendations.
