As the Paid Media Manager, you will have the chance to work side by side to the founders and executive team. An opportunity unparalleled in this space.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for SEM related acquisition channels including Google, Youtube, Bing Ads 
• Responsible for other performance channels (Criteo, Gemini, Adroll) 
• Project management for funnel development and optimization
• Improving, testing and developing different ad creatives together with design team
• Set-up growth campaigns across all paid channels 
• Controlling and optimization of all relevant online marketing KPIs
• Test new growth channels where appropriate
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience (3-5years) in growth and direct response marketing
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for numbers 
• Good communication skills and very solution focused 
• Excited to scale a company and work in a small ambitious team 
• Fluent in English
