We are looking for a talented Native and Social Media Manager who will increase revenue and profit from search marketing through traffic acquisition, optimized spending and increased conversion rates. This candidate will be responsible for utilizing MediaAlpha's platform to track native and social performance, traffic, revenue, and profit in order to understand and improve campaign performance.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day Social and Native media buying and optimizations for owned and operated lead generation campaigns, including buying on Facebook, and a variety of Native platforms.
  • Vet, test, on-board, and become a buying expert in any new social and native platforms.
  • Provide daily campaign reporting and analysis as needed. Serve as a strong contributor to deeper campaign analyses working closely with dedicated analysts
  • Expertise in tracking strategy and ensuring quality implementation by working with team to set up and troubleshoot pixels
  • In addition, experience in any of the following channels is preferred: Email Acquisition, Paid Search, Display
  • Leverage internal reporting platform to identify winning segments and initiatives
  • This position will report into the Director, Media Operations

Requirements:

  • Extensive understanding of the PPC SEM marketplace.
  • Lead generation experience.
  • 1+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns for multiple properties on multiple platforms.
  • 1+ years of experience in a digital media strategy role.
  • Familiarity with platforms (Google Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Outbrain/Taboola) is required.
  • Understanding of search attribution across multiple touch points.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Ability to survey raw data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can take initiative on all media driven projects.
  • Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, V lookups, data manipulation).
