Ace Metrix is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist who will be assigned to multiple projects across teams that will impact marketing, product and operations. This role reports to the VP, Product Marketing and will work out of our El Segundo headquarters.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, be proactive and well-organized with a strong attention to detail.  A strong work ethic and ability to work independently will be key for success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing responsibilities will include creating content for sales and client success teams, managing email marketing campaigns, corporate communications including blog writing, website maintenance and social media posting.

Operations responsibilities include support for various aspects of our daily operations including video review, survey deployment, data management and analytics.

Product support will include communicating with all stakeholders about requirements, changes, risk and prioritization as well as creating product marketing collateral and helping define the product roadmap.

Key Skills:

• Communication: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; also must be able to build and foster relationships across the organization
• Project & Time Management: ability to prioritize multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity simultaneously, and meet project deadlines
• Tools: Knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel; Salesforce/Word Press  Experience, Light design skills a plus; Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn

Experience & Personal Attributes:

• 0-2 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, product
• Appreciation and interest in advertising, research and data analytics
• Able to work independently with some direction
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bachelor’s Degree: business major (marketing) a plus
