You Will Be

• Working with the internal marketing team on sales support and new client acquisition
• Asked to be both creative and analytical on a daily basis
• Assisting in the design, content, and production of custom proposals alongside the sales team for new clients
• Assisting with creating marketing materials and campaigns
• Creating timely and engaging materials that positively reflect the Wpromote brand 
• Working on RFPs, contracts, and client onboarding plans 
• Reviewing custom sales materials for consistency in formatting, branding, and terminology

You Must Have

• 1-2 years of experience working in marketing or a related field
• Two or four-year degree in marketing, communications or related discipline 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Fluency with MS Office application and general Internet proficiency 
• Basic understanding of search engine marketing, social media, and email marketing 
• Multitasking skills as well as ability to hit and exceed deadlines required 
• Exceptional writing, communication, and proofreading skills 
• Ability to quickly pick up new skills and work as a team player 
• Experience with Keynote, Pages, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics (preferred but not required)
