Marketing Project Manager at TikTok

We are looking for a Project Manager for the Marketing team to provide support across marketing operations and strategy. This individual will be responsible for: - Becoming an experienced, trusted partner for the North America Marketing Team by enhancing cross-regional synergy, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and sharing institutional knowledge when necessary with cross functional teams in UG, Content, Finance, and Global Strategy. - Reporting project updates in various documents in meetings and be responsible for guiding the OKR process internally. - Working with key stakeholders to expedite internal process. - Working as the liaison between Marketing and Finance team to identify budgets for each period and actual costs. - Connecting the dots, think globally, and coordinate across regions and teams, especially when getting increased visibility into various projects. -Being able to identify significant risks and/or collaboration opportunities, and loop in the right people at the right time. - Supporting strategic initiatives through project management, in-depth research, and execution to aid in strategic decision-making and project deliverables. - Identifying areas of concern and inefficiencies in collaboration in order set up processes to improve workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related field. - 8+ years of working experience in a management consulting or similar area of work. - Structural thinking, attention to details, and strong sense of problem solving, especially when facing ambiguity and complexity. - Strong belief in the power of research and understanding of how research can be translated into actionable, practical solutions. - Experience, and more importantly personal interest, in project management in a multi-regional, multi-cultural context. - Outstanding documentation and communication skills. - Determination to face tough challenges in a fast-paced organization while keeping a sense of humor.
