We are looking for an exceptionally organized, results-focused Marketing Project Manager to lead the coordination of marketing / growth initiatives for Aspiration. 

What You'll Bring

• 4-5+ years project management/marketing coordination experience including 1-2 years at a fast-growing technology company or startup
• Marketing/email/creative project management experience
• Deep experience managing/coordinating email, video creative and static creative work used across different channels (including TV, digital, outdoor, email and more) for direct response and branding projects
• Ability and demonstrated experience defining project scopes and schedules, identifying risks and managing timelines
• Experience leading and managing the implementation of cross-discipline marketing & creative/design projects including Design, Product, Data, Engineering and Marketing/Growth team members
• Competence to set and measure projects against KPIs
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
• Familiarity and experience with startup/lean project management approaches
• Drive to champion and implement best practices across the organization
• Passion to energize team members in contributing high quality on-time work
• Track record of achieving and exceeding goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Results and data-driven
• Strong technical proficiency in using a range of tools and technologies such as Trello, Jira, Looker
