SmartCSM provides an enterprise class facility management software for commercial building operators. We are on a mission to revolutionize the commercial real estate market and transform facility management from paper based to digital management.

Our solution makes it easy for building operators to bring their electrical infrastructure online and accessible from any device. It is built specifically for the non-technical facility manager to give them controls of their critical systems from their phone, ipad or computer with dead-simple drag and drop technology. SmartCSM platform allows facility managers to bring online their Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and a growing list of mechanicals. Smart CSM is leading the BiOT charge with making buildings smarter because once these systems are online a facility manager has what they need to make quick decisions which can have critical impact to their business operation and in the case of hospital customers, save lives. SmartCSM is a young company growing fast and attracting half to multibillion-dollar companies in the commercial real estate and services arena to partner with them and help deliver a market that is ripe for technology reinvention.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

What You'll Do

  • Ideate and execute an overarching marketing strategy based on business priorities
  • Develop brand strategies and content that move target personas from general awareness to deeper engagement
  • Ideate and execute an overarching marketing strategy based on business priorities
  • Inspire, lead & manage a small team of individuals
  • Research evolving business behavior and drivers that make SmartCSM the go-to solution
  • Develop campaign ideas and work to bring an idea to life across multiple channels
  • Evaluate and create unique events, community initiatives, partnerships, and cross-promotion opportunities
  • Gather insights and leverage data to inspire and improve creative concepts
  • Determine and run a marketing cadence and creative around macro trends, persona characteristics and buying journey stages
  • Develop a social media strategy and manage the social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.) to increase followers, engagement, and new riders
  • Develop and manage targeted, segmented, A/B tested email campaigns
  • Manage agency, internal resource and any additional resources around targeted lead generation growth goals across the multiple channels
  • Determine where, when, and how SmartCSM will interact, driving an innovative mix of all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal creative team and external agencies in developing the brand creative and content, maintaining high standards for storytelling and craftsmanship

What You'll Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of business to business marketing experience
  • 3+ years world with small-to-medium B2B companies. Emerging Tech a plus
  • 3+ years managing a team outside and inside marketing resources
  • 3+ years working with tools such as
    • Hubspot
    • Google Analytics
    • MOZ

What You'll Need

  • Track record of developing innovative, strategic brand marketing plans, marketing campaigns, and development of creative materials for B2B company
  • Experience creating and executing marketing plans for digital and social media
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence while driving lead generation results through teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience developing scalable marketing strategies that balance present needs as well as future function
  • Experience creating and leading a brand marketing strategy from the ground up, preferably for a rapid-growth, business to business brand
  • Capable of making tough, fast decisions based on business objectives
  • Experience operating with limited resources, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines
  • Ability to take ambiguous needs and develop actionable plans
  • Experience recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring a team in a dynamic environment
  • History working with and leading creative agencies
  • Ability to effectively present to and advocate for ideas with senior management
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with the proven ability to drive brand awareness and product adoption
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence teams
  • Naturally collaborative with experience in cross-functional brand production, partnering with business stakeholders, and coordinating external vendors
  • Track record of taking educated risks to challenge the status quo and push boundaries
  • Capable of pushing back on ideas and justifying creative decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills

SALARY:

$80,000-$100,000
