We are looking for an experienced, growth-oriented, and community-minded Marketing Manager to focus on engaging Dave’s user base. You will be responsible for helping our users gain the most value out of Dave. You will bring your experience in email marketing, copywriting, social media, events, and community management to drive engagement, retention, and business impact. The ideal person is performance driven, resourceful, innovative, and efficient. You have a deep understanding of growth channels and are always thinking a step ahead to enhance Dave’s growth. This person will raise the bar of Dave’s growth strategy and push through challenging goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute campaigns across email, push notification, sms and in-app marketing to drive engagement and retention.
  • Build and execute Dave’s social media strategy.
  • Build and execute Dave’s content strategy.
  • Oversee a team of community managers who act as ‘Dave’ on social media.

Experience Required

  • Experience building, managing, and training teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep, proven experience developing lifecycle marketing programs / CRM / engagement marketing programs through email, push notifications, sms, and/or in-app marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights.
  • Proven track record of building a social media and content strategy.
  • Experience in a highly analytical role, and are comfortable working through uncertainty, managing risk, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Expert in Excel, proficient in data analysis
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Events experience preferred
