Marketing Coordinator
The Role
The Marketing and Events Coordinator is the brand evangelist for VideoAmp. This role requires an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and organized coordinator to support our Marketing team. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Communications and work closely with Brand and Sales Marketing. With strong attention to detail, this person will be supporting the team on an array of projects including branding efforts, social media management, event support and other ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn, highly organized and a creative problem-solver. VideoAmp is a fast-paced company with big ambitions to creatively disrupt, challenge and set new standards to industry norms. Responsibilities
General
- Support marketing team in preparation of presentations and marketing materials for both internal and external meetings
- Work collaboratively across departments, including People and Design teams, to further develop corporate marketing and identity to execute campaigns
- Assist Marketing team in recaps and notes of internal/external meetings
- Work with Design team to submit creative requests for various projects
- Assist in ensuring all communications materials adhere to VideoAmp’s branding standards
- Help in maintaining the VideoAmp website and internal communication channels
Social Media
- Collaborate with the marketing and people team to maintain a social media calendar
- Create copy and execute social media campaigns
- Social community management, as well as reporting and analytics
- Monitoring social media and news for industry trends
Events (Virtual and in-person)
- List and invite management
- Production and organization of branded collateral
- Travel coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in the Marketing or Communications field
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence when communicating with clients and executives
- Ability to work well in both a team setting and independently

Today the industry standard tools are usually designed where connectivity and applications of consumer data sets often come with negative trade off for consumer privacy or security risks of leaking private data. We envision a world where this doesn't have to be the case - a world where consumer privacy, security, and governance are incorporated into the fabric of the codebase that interfaces with these systems to enable the necessary business use-cases that keep these viewing experiences free or affordable to everyone.
