The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral member of the Marketing team, supporting the development and execution of strategies and projects necessary to meet the exciting growth HopSkipDrive is experiencing. This will require both exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play an important role on the team, will collaborate with cross-functional team members, while also working independently to complete project tasks and organizational capacities.
What we’re looking for
Primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include:
- Support operational logistics of conferences, such as registration, swag inventory, collateral printing needs, vendor communication, and shipping.
- Research and assist in the planning and execution of events, both digital and in-person.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, and outside vendors, to organize ABM account lists and support the campaign development process.
- Build weekly marketing emails for B2B, B2C and B2D groups using Pardot and Iterable.
- Assist in planning, creation and scheduling of social content across all channels.
- Support PR initiatives, such as building media lists, market research, pitching emails, scheduling press releases, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist content initiatives by gathering visual assets, market research, and performance tracking.
- Support SEO initiatives, analyze web traffic, and create reports.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Marketplace teams to support the CareDriver acquisition process, including niche marketing research and media placement for Out of Home advertising, radio and digital.
- Maintain accuracy of project trackers for conferences, awards, and PR placements.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years experience with contemporary marketing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Impeccable organizational and project management skills
- Relentless attention to detail
- Reflexive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with marketing tools such as Pardot, Agorapulse, Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite preferred, but willing to train for necessary job functions.
