POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Automation Manager will advance our marketing capabilities and unlock the full potential of our Marketing organization. An innovative marketing automation power-user, you understand how to apply marketing tech stack to marketing processes and campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business objectives. You will ensure we are using automation and demand generation-related best practices to drive outstanding campaigns that support target audience buyer journeys.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategy that increases overall marketing agility, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Work collectively with the marketing team to support and implement campaigns that are part of an integrated marketing approach that increases response rates, engagement, pipeline generation, and ultimately revenue performance
- End-to-end email campaign management, including email and landing page builds, dynamic list segmentations, QA, and proper deployment
- Use standard methodologies and expertise to optimize and standardize marketing database and automation processes across the team and organization
- Measure, test, analyze and report on results for optimization and continuous improvements
- Brainstorm and collaborate with marketing team to develop campaigns that maximize demand generation
- Maintain pulse on marketing automation technology advancements and industry changes
SKILLS
- You must be an expert in Pardot and Salesforce.com
- An analytical and technical mindset to help target what’s working and how to improve future campaigns
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Experience in executing account-based marketing (ABM) tactics a plus
- A creative problem solver who knows how to collaborate with internal marketing colleagues, other Veritone departments.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and drive conversions.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years+ experience with Pardot and Salesforce
- Marketing database management experience
- 2-5 years of related work experience in a digital and/or brand marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent field of study required
- Exceptional marketing technology skills
- Proven ability to multitask, work within deadlines, and shift gears in a fast-paced environment

(Colorado Only*): Minimum annual salary of $52,000.00. This base pay is for illustrative purposes only and will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
