Manager, Marketing Operations & Strategy at Snap Inc.
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations and Strategy leader to join Team Snap! Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you will lead key initiatives and programs across the marketing team to drive strategic planning, process improvement, service delivery, and technology and system development. In this highly cross-functional role, your mission will be to operationalize marketing’s strategy, scale the team’s operating model globally, and create efficient and effective ways of working.
What you’ll do:
Drive Marketing’s annual and quarterly strategic planning and OKR process, including goal setting, prioritization, learnings to date, best practice review, resource planning and budget allocation
Own marketing’s technology and system roadmap, overseeing the relationship and overall roadmap between Marketing, Engineering and vendors to articulate business problems, develop use cases, and deliver business requirements
Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives, including identification, design, and implementation of processes that unlock value and enable the team to be more effective, efficient, and deliver results
Oversee Marketing’s project pipeline and team resource allocation process, engaging cross-functionally with stakeholders and marketing leads to drive service excellence
Support and/or lead partner and vendor negotiations, agreement drafting and vendor onboarding, partnering closely with Production, Legal, and Finance
Oversee teamwide performance scorecard, capturing input metrics to measure traction towards the team’s vision, objectives and key results
Oversee the Marketing team’s budget and reconciliation process, establishing and maintaining a scalable and process-driven approach to budget management, forecasting, and vendor payments
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
10+ years of relevant marketing and operations experience
Masters in business administration or other advanced degree
Superb verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality decks and present with confidence to senior leaders
Experience in business affairs and contract negotiation
Ability to maximize internal and stakeholder relationships across teams to plan and drive business goals
Understanding of customer relationship marketing concepts, strategic frameworks and key metrics
Knowledge of the marketing data, systems, and tools, and the ability to provide strategic and proactive guidance.

Demonstrated experience managing budgets and external vendors
Demonstrated experience driving business results
Experience building and executing a marketing strategy
Experience across the entire marketing process, from needs assessment through measurement
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting
