POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Digital Product Marketing reporting to the Vice President, Digital will lead the creation, development and implementation of all marketing-led digital product strategies. The Manager will oversee landing page strategies, digital product planning and development, multi-variate testing to support marketing test and learn strategy, and will act as the voice of the digital product marketing across the organization.
THE MANAGER, DIGITAL PRODUCT MARKETING HAS FIVE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership of digital customer experience on website
- Optimizing conversion through continuous onsite multivariate testing
- Creating unique 1-1 customer experiences through personalization on site and through various marketing channels
- Oversee creative refresh of brand and all site assets
- Drive ROI through continued improvement of site assets and optimized landing page strategy
SOME YEAR 1 DELIVERABLES
- Lead development of site testing roadmap
- Increased conversion rate through landing page testing and optimization
- Successful cross-functional partnership with stakeholder population
- Successful cadence of site refreshes and content delivery
SUCCESS METRICS
- Time on site and page views
- Bounce rate
- Conversion
- On time and on budget
EXPERIENCE
- Must Have
- 5+ years of direct hands-on digital product marketing experience
- Experience leading testing and landing page strategy
- A track record of quantifiable results and successes
- Analytical thinker with hands-on technical know-how to work within a CMS system and manage an A/B testing platform
- Bachelor’s degree
- Nice to Have
- Unique curiosity and experience within cleantech or related efforts in fighting climate change
