InStride is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to coordinate and help execute our lifecycle marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a process-focused individual who has experience developing automated workflows, building HTML emails and working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal & external partners to launch and iterate on lifecycle marketing programs from ideation to execution
- Manage the development, QA and launches of campaigns / automated workflows on our cross-channel marketing platform (e.g., Iterable, Braze)
- Map out detailed learner journey flows, custom event data and all exclusion scenarios for automated workflows
- Collaborate with the Product, Engineering and Learner Success teams to develop solutions for increasing learner engagement, onboarding new corporate/academic partners and launching new education programs
- Drive the development and launches of all newsletters and triggered notifications
- Design testing strategies to continually optimize and improve existing communications and automated workflows (copy, timing, email design, triggers, etc.)
- Identify new opportunities to drive learner engagement through new technologies or optimizations within our product
Ideal Profile
- At least one year of lifecycle marketing/marketing automation experience
- Experience working on a cross-channel marketing platform like Iterable, Braze or equivalent
- Knowledge of email best practices
- Has experience working with Product and Engineering teams to define and test email triggers
- Strong analytics skills with the ability to report and analyze data as needed
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile/SCRUM environment
- Process and detail orientation, with strong documentation and project management skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and is comfortable making moderate adjustments to email templates
- Has experience working with dynamic content in emails (handlebars, liquid logic, data feeds/connected content etc.)
