About Us

At SimplePractice, we’re changing the face of health and wellness through innovative solutions that simplify the life of health and wellness practitioners. Think your neighborhood therapist, nutritionist, speech language pathologist, or massage therapist—the small business owners who dedicate their careers to helping others. Our solution provides them with an all-in-one platform to manage their practice and with the tools and resources to thrive as a practitioner and business owner. Our recent launch of Monarch (MeetMonarch.com)—a national directory with thousands of therapists offering online appointment requests—offers an easy way for consumers to access and book a therapist who meets their criteria.

The Role

SimplePractice is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to facilitate special projects, and manage and improve operations in the Lifecycle Marketing team. You’ll coordinate and facilitate the operational and administrative needs of the group, owning the email QA process, and have a hand in directly managing and implementing some projects, campaigns, and assignments.

This role will be responsible for managing all operational aspects to support the Lifecycle Marketing team in successful and timely delivery of projects. You will organize and manage project plans, identify and remove blockers, facilitate effective communications and meetings, and be willing to jump in wherever needed to move things forward. You’ll also identify lightweight operational processes and frameworks that can help support the needs of the group—with a focus on flexibility, adoption, and alignment with our company culture.

You’ll work closely with the entire Lifecycle Marketing team—and stakeholders throughout the enterprise—to support their needs through systems, offloading workload, and identifying solutions to inefficient and ineffective workflows. You will also support the team with thorough QA of assets (especially email marketing campaigns) and ownership of miscellaneous marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with all stakeholders of cross-functional projects and maintain a top-down view of the entire execution
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure delivery of work, remove blockers, and maintain alignment of the group
  • Take ownership of projects as they come into QA; responsible for making sure that every campaign is error-free, matches project requirements and is structurally sound
  • Facilitate monthly Lifecycle Marketing reporting, including slide assembly
  • Organize and operationalize team documentation including mapping of automated marketing programs, campaigns metrics, test results, and information to share and align
  • Propose and implement new lightweight processes that help make the group more efficient; own team Asana boards, forms, and processes
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, vendor setup and management, requesting analytics, and other operational aspects of ensuring projects go from ideation to completion
  • Identify and track any blockers/dependencies between subgroups and/or sub-projects and communicate accordingly
  • Proactively track work across multiple marketing subgroups to ensure alignment and effectively communicate and manage expectations
  • Go beyond coordinating projects and take the mindset of how to constantly make a project better

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or project management
  • Experience or interest in email marketing or marketing automation
  • Familiarity and comfortability facilitating projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated to solve problems with ability to communicate actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills. Through every medium, and everyone you come in contact with, you know how to communicate effectively, elegantly, and with respect, always
  • Ability to manage conflict and resolve difficult situations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
