About the Role
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention to join the GoodRx CRM Marketing team and play an important role in implementing, measuring, and iterating on lifecycle strategies that build personalized relationships with GoodRx customers at all stages of their journey. This is a hands-on role; you will have the opportunity to drive highly impactful and visible results that will have a meaningful impact on our millions of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to implement retention campaigns that scales lifecycle marketing, increases customer LTV, and identifies new ways to provide value to consumers
- Manage, and optimize customer journeys across CRM channels
- Partner with the Product team to implement data-driven retention tactics with clear objectives and KPIs in order to provide value to GoodRx customers
- Own, track, and expand key retention marketing flow campaigns across the customer journey, such as first-time claimers, refill and renewal cycles, and winback flows
- Collaborate closely with BI on program success analysis and reporting, as well as retention KPIs
- Analyze cohort performance, identifying opportunities and understanding the "why" behind customer behavior; develop strategies and testing opportunities to address ongoing insights and findings
- Drive A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify impacts of full lifecycle programming
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years CRM and and hands-on lifecycle marketing experience
- Proven experience building email campaigns end-to-end (including HTML & CSS development) with an understanding of email marketing best practices
- Experience conducting A/B tests and turning results into insights that can be socialized and presented across key stakeholders
- Experience with mobile marketing including push, in-app and SMS Hands-on experience building multi-channel marketing campaigns in marketing automation tools such as Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in healthcare marketing is highly preferred
- Must be detail-oriented with an eye for overall user experience
- Excellent communication and organization skills
