The Role
We’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator with entrepreneurial drive who’s looking to take on the challenge of a fast-paced and innovative multi-solution marketing program. Join a dynamic team of marketing professionals and take ownership of lifecycle communications planning and execution for B2B and B2C solutions. Bring your knowledge of strategy and best practices to improve how we do, and what we do, to better communicate to our subscribers and customers.
In this role, not only will you be an expert at day-to-day email operations, you’ll also identify campaign and process improvements, strategize solutions for a range of KPIs, and develop a deep understanding of campaign performance.
What you'll do day-to-day
- Coordinate all deliverables for successful customer-focused marketing campaigns including calendar planning, creative requests, email builds, QA, deployment & post-launch analysis
- Understanding business needs to identify marketing opportunities for ad-hoc or triggered email campaigns
- Work closely with marketing, product, analytics and technology teams to provide guidance and prioritization on new functionality needed, for internal systems and 3rd-party tools
- Ensure all creative communications developed and produced to support various strategies are in line with the customer type, branding and value statements
- Partner with cross-functional and cross-business teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving customer acquisition, engagement retention
- Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Forecast results from various tactics and advocate for resource prioritization
- Articulate lifecycle marketing strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders; executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience in marketing, campaign or project management
- Experience with Email Service Providers including segmentation, building emails, QA and deployment
- Experience reporting and presenting campaign findings to key stakeholders
- HTML knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity and comfortability facilitating projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and structuring skills, with ability to communicate actionable insights
