InStride is looking for a Content Strategy Manager to develop and drive our content strategy for our learner marketing efforts and product experience. This is a high-profile growth opportunity to partner with our marketing, design, and product teams help learners become aware of, engage with and participate in corporate partner education programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy that engages and drives learners through the awareness and consideration phase through use of multimedia assets
- Drive the strategic direction of our learner resource center and product content integration
- Manage our editorial calendar to drive a content strategy that is amplified through our B2B2C marketing efforts, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration
- Develop multimedia content map that considers various content formats such as written, static visuals and video
- Manage learner marketing specialist as well as work with our internal design tea and creative freelancers for various content initiatives
- Partner closely with the partner marketing and design team to ensure integration and consistency across content
- Partner closely with UX and success team members to identify learner gaps and content solutions
- Own performance metrics for content, optimizing for engagement and conversion
- Support additional marketing initiatives across paid media, email and social campaigns
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years Marketing experience in a role developing and leading content strategy and marketing initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience developing strategies for multimedia assets and product content integration
- Ability to run multiple initiatives with a track record for meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to facilitate and enable people to collaborate with each other

- Exposure to the functioning of higher education institutions through direct experience or affiliation with the education industry
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
