The mission for the lead marketing & engagement engineer is to execute and manage a highly effective and scalable growth strategy for Boon.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

• Early stage startup experience
• Developing and refining company branding and messaging
• Using engagement automation solutions
• Developing and executing PR/Media strategies
• Content creation and content marketing
• CMS management (preferably Webflow)
• SEO optimization
• Developing and launching online marketing campaigns
• Experience with Sketch
• Ideally able to edit/work with HTML/CSS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with the CEO to further refine and enhance Boon’s growth strategy
• Building highly effective engagement workflows using a range of mediums - email, SMS, push notifications, chatbots etc.
• Manage and refine marketing and sales content
• Optimize customer and user onboarding content and process
  • Reduce onboarding time
  • Increase conversion rate averages
  • Develop a streamlined/automated process
• Manage and optimize Boon landing page
• Developing and refining copy
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to accelerate growth and enhance the quality of inbound leads
• Ensure cohesive message and branding/design throughout all content
• Building and managing viral social marketing campaigns
  • Agile campaign optimization, A/B testing
  • Develop compelling and engaging social media content
• Develop a consistent flow of organic blog and podcast content
• SEO optimization
• Planning and managing public events
