FabfitFun is looking for a data driven and Excel-obsessed Junior Marketing Analyst to join our team at our HQ in West Hollywood. The ideal candidate will be someone who can take data, develop inferences, and tell a story based on the numbers. We are seeking a critical thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, product, engineering, and marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Report to Director of Customer Acquisition and support the Marketing organization with high quality data and insights
• Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign data
• Find the “story” in the data, and communicate insights and opportunities with marketing and other cross-functional departments
• Presenting results to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify areas of analytic opportunity and proactively work to implement solutions

Who You Are:

• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related field
• 1+ years of quantitative or statistical analysis experience (marketing/advertising field preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
• Extreme attention to detail, creative and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering consistent, A+ quality work
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach and positive attitude
