City Beauty is currently looking for an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to join our expanding social media team. As our Influencer Partnerships coordinator you will be responsible for developing and executing an influencer marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, strengthens brand image, increases social engagement and interaction, and increase conversions.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Identify Influencer/ affiliate/ media partnership opportunities
• Consistent relationship cultivation, development and maintenance with influencers and media
• Define and develop influencer marketing strategy to encourage advocacy and support key launches
• Manage monthly campaigns inclusive of budget tracking such as developing, writing and creating campaign briefing for content and identify additional creative support needed
• Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
• Evaluate social postings for all influencers and provide feedback that aligns with brand values
• Manage all shipping, billing, & product inventory

BEST CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• 1-2 years marketing, PR and/or social media experience preferred. Health/Beauty industry experience or heavy interest, a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative feedback
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a resourceful problem solver
• Excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Personable and flexible with demands and changes in extremely fast-moving business environment
• Have a willingness to go the distance to get a job done
• Proficient in relevant social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and YouTube
