About the Role of Influencer Marketing Specialist


As the Influencer Marketing Specialist at FightCamp, you will be a member of the Performance Marketing team & will play an instrumental role in developing strategies for and scaling our influencer marketing initiatives. This role will require someone who is innovative, analytical, experimental, organized, discerning, and an excellent communicator. You’ll work directly with the Performance Marketing Team and key influencers to craft creative briefs & concepts that will result in high-performing content to be leveraged across multiple channels.


You can expect to research + vet new influencers, nurture relationships, build & pitch creative concepts, track, analyze & report on the performance of influencers, manage contracts & budgets, and develop efficient processes. You’ll help expose new audiences to FightCamp, and work with some of the best content creators in the country to deliver content that inspires action.


The position will focus on new user acquisition and getting FightCamp’s fun and engaging boxing & kickboxing workouts into as many new homes as possible. A deeply analytical and scientific approach is a key to success because testing - measuring - analyzing - improving is a big part of our culture at FightCamp and within our influencer strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Scale customer acquisition through influencer marketing while maintaining a desired Customer Acquisition Cost
  • Research, identify & critically evaluate best-fit influencers based on a clear point of view supported by data
  • Draft and close influencer agreements
  • Develop & execute strategies for leveraging micro-and macro-influencers for Performance Marketing
  • Research and experiment with innovative influencer marketing strategies
  • Build and manage a pipeline of influencers aligned with Performance Marketing objectives
  • Actively nurture relationships and manage contractual obligations with influencers, and act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your influencers
  • Effectively onboard new influencers & brand partners to ensure they receive products in a timely and are educated on how to use & showcase FightCamp in the best light
  • Measure & evaluate the performance of influencers using analytics tools (ROI, Engagement, Reach), report on results
  • Provide feedback & monitor influencer activity, and proactively pitch creative concepts to influencers & advertising channel managers
  • Work with Performance Marketing Team to create, coordinate & construct creative briefs for influencers that align with ad channel strategies

Requirements

  • An effective self-starter, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Experienced in briefing creatives and working with content creators to generate high-performing influencer ad content
  • Experienced in initiating, managing, negotiating & monetizing relationships with influencers
  • Experienced in using marketing analytics tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Heap (Or similar reporting tools)
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent cross-functional project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Able to take initiative and deliver in fast-paced environments
