Byte is seeking an experienced influencer marketing manager to take our program to the next level.  You will be responsible for the overall strategy and scaling the program’s ROI. You will also be a key advocate of influencers internally and help the marketing team understand how to amplify their content in key marketing channels to drive conversions.

This role is great for an influencer manager who is obsessed with pop-culture, on top of current trends and loves the beauty, fashion, lifestyle space. This is not an entry level position. You will need a minimum of 5 years of experience and deep knowledge of influencer partnerships.

Working closely with the head of brand marketing, digital marketing and internal creative teams, your role will be overseeing all influencer partnerships across existing and new social platforms.

What you will do.

  • Lead and scale in-house influencer program to drive rapid growth
  • Research influencers, platforms, niches and engage in outreach
  • Recruit and activate influencers. Respond to all inbound and outbound influencer inquiries to build an engaged community and program
  • Manage contract negotiation with influencers
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of the influencer program. Identify and explore new measurement opportunities for analyzing return on investment
  • Develop wrap-up reports to share internally
  • Participate in brainstorms and planning sessions related to PR, marketing and event activations
  • Develop and evolve current strategies aimed around UGC and influencer content

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise with key social media platforms.
  • Results-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
  • 5+ years social media strategy.
  • 3+ years of influencer outreach.
  • Ability to identify and foster relationships with relevant influencers and creators on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook,TikTok etc.
  • Must have experience in creating and executing influencer or ambassador programs and initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills and attention-to-detail.
  • Familiarity with back-end publishing and platform and analytics tools (i.e. FB insights, YouTube Analytics)
