Description

Business Process Specialist is responsible for designing and developing industry-specific business solutions for the company’s strategic markets. As the subject matter expert on industry solutions, you will provide both technical and industry expertise to the sales team and company partners to support prospect and customer engagement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with industry strategists, technical product managers and channel partners to create a pipeline of high-impact industry solutions
  • Research, design and create content services solutions for strategic markets and develop research templates and documentation on market trends and best practices
  • Develop solution demonstration packet for the sales team and lead the solution demonstration training
  • Serve as the technical point of contact on industry solutions and customer engagement
  • Closely partner with industry strategists to validate solution designs and take the solutions to the market
  • Collaborate with sales team on transitioning opportunities and information to ensure effective prospecting
  • Coordinate the communication between industry marketing and product strategy teams and maintain an active discussion on solution strategy and market positioning
  • Attend marketing events with industry strategists and the sales team to support branding and lead generation campaigns
  • Gain insight from customer engagement on product features and needs, and collaborate with product marketing and product development to prioritize and support solution enhancements

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in professional services, technical sales, or supporting enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HCM, ECM, or BPM)
  • A passionate problem solver in technology with a good common sense in business
  • A quick learner of software applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software implementation methodologies
  • Professionalism and credibility to build relationships with executive-level prospects and partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Strong presentation and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate traveling for marketing events
  • Working knowledge of document management and process automation preferred
