Head of Growth
As Head of Growth, you’ll be Luxury Presence’s thought leader on digital strategy and play a hands on role in product strategy, ideation, and implementation. Our marketing system is used by the world’s leading real estate agents and brokers. We’re looking for a lights-out marketer and growth hacker with a consistent track-record creating and implementing multi-channel digital strategies that have fueled growth.
You’ll be reporting directly to the founder and CEO Malte Kramer, a Stanford Business School alumni and serial entrepreneur.
Our team and client base have more than doubled in size in the last 4 months. Your job will be to design predictable growth channels that will be the foundation of our. You’ll work closely with our product, client success, and marketing teams, and own growth initiatives across the company.
You’ll be counted on to deliver high quality leads by designing and implementing lead-funnel strategies that consistently put our brand in front of the world’s top performing real estate agents and brokerages. Is this you?

Outperform growth goals
You have:
6+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing and/or product role
Experience developing strategy and implementing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
A hunger to build something big
Both an analytical and creative approach to digital marketing
Real Estate experience is a plus
Managerial experience not required (but strong skills and leadership potential is)
