The Head of Employer Brand will lead the development and implementation of numerous global employer brand initiatives. You should be a skilled storyteller with an eye for beautiful visuals and a creative approach to developing engaging content. You’re organized, able to handle multiple projects concurrently, and confident in using data to make strategic decisions. You’ll partner with teams across the company, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Marketing, Recruiting, and Communications.

You’ll work on answering: How can we showcase Tinder as an exciting and satisfying place to work? How can Tinder stand out from other tech companies competing for the same talent?


This role will be based in Los Angeles once we return to offices. We will also consider applicants near our San Francisco or Palo Alto offices, or fully remote.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and own a talent brand strategy that aligns to our company, recruiting, and diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, DEI, and Marketing to craft compelling stories about life at Tinder and make data-driven decisions to engage potential candidates.
  • Run the Tinder Careers site and consistently publish engaging content across our employer brand channels, including social media accounts, websites and blogs, creative collateral, and communication templates.
  • Lead efforts on talent brand programs such as employer awards, external event participation and sponsorship, and more to attract a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Prioritize multiple ongoing projects with good judgment and creative problem solving.
  • Stay on top of evolving trends in employer branding and candidate engagement.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing
  • Experience partnering with recruitment or people teams
  • Data-driven approach and proven ability to design, implement, and measure the success of programs and brand campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Astute understanding of great candidate experience, and recruitment marketing platforms and tools
  • Masterful storytelling for written and video content
  • Consistent track record of delivering business value using technology solutions
  • A good eye for visual design and appeal, particularly for tech and Gen Z audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence leadership and other internal partners.

Bonus Points:

  • Integrated marketing and digital campaign experience with proven results of driving conversions and return on investment
  • Experience working with diverse teams or diverse audiences in a meaningful way
  • Video editing and/or visual design experience
