The opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Head of CRM and Loyalty Marketing to design, develop and scale a comprehensive CRM strategy specific to Clutter’s business model. This position is a key member of the Marketing team and will be responsible for developing the appropriate multi-channel contact strategies and programs to drive revenue via actionable customer insights. This role works cross-functionally with Finance, Product and Engineering and will report directly to the VP of Marketing.


  • Lead the strategic development of CRM initiatives with a customer-centric, loyalty-based approach
  • Support campaign planning, briefing, creative development and production to measure and evaluate through multiple channels (i.e. email, sms, direct mailing)
  • Partner with external and internal teams to develop deep understanding of results and provide synthesized learnings and implications of CRM activities
  • Support customer strategies and the development of new loyalty and rewards programs
  • Drive continuous improvement and increased effectiveness of communications using a data-driven approach


  • 5+ years of email and direct mail marketing experience
  • In-depth marketing knowledge, including consumer centric initiative development, creative and marketing communications development and in-market execution
  • Strong analytic skills, with experience in developing marketing plans by integrating consumer research and a variety of data types and sources
  • Self-starter with the ability to build programs from scratch
