Peanut was started with one aim in mind: to connect like minded women, who happen to be mothers. Having launched in February 2017, it has seen organic growth across the US with accolades from the New York Times to Apple’s WWDC conference. Peanut are now looking to hire a Head of Partnerships.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating new and innovative partnerships that grow the Peanut community. You will design, own and implement a partnerships strategy for Peanut that helps ensure every woman encounters Peanut through their motherhood journey.

As our head of partnerships, you will identify creative opportunities with brands to develop concepts that are engaging and aligned with Peanut’s mission. You will be able to prioritise those partnerships and set ambitious goals to meet growth targets. Your data driven mindset will enable you to report on all relevant partnership strategies, plans and activations.

Working closely with Brand and PR, you will ensure that partnerships resonate with mamas, press, and drive acquisition to help Peanut become the world’s largest social network of women, who happen to be mothers.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years experience in marketing and partnerships in a fast paced environment, with a network of existing connections in the female/motherhood space to facilitate growth.
• You have a proven track record of achieving growth goals and increasing brand exposure.
• You have strong negotiation skills and are familiar with contract structures.
• You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• You have a creative mindset with the ability to solve problems.
• You have proven project management skills and a desire to get things done.
• You’re passionate about motherhood and excited to work for a technology startup.
