Head of Acquisition
82 Labs, Inc. is a new kind of consumer goods startup. We develop biohacking solutions designed to empower you to be at your best so you can do more of what you love. In our first 11 months, we made $6M in revenue, and we're growing rapidly.
We are looking for Head of Acquisition to lead and execute paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels. We require that you have at least 3+ year experience with direct response marketing.
- As the Acquisition Lead, you will lead the development and execution of direct response campaigns and their ROAS, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, online video, and affiliates.
- Partner with the Analytics team to develop LTV and ROI benchmarks and targets for our products.
- Drive revenue by leveraging your experience with various marketing tools, including SEM, PPC, Social (Facebook/Instagram/Snap), retargeting etc.
- Oversee and drive growth across all stages of the funnel, lead generation, conversion, retention and referrals.
- Build out the Acquisition team, ground up.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years managing paid digital campaigns
- 2+ years of performance-based digital marketing on Google, Facebook, and other major advertising platforms / networks.
- Expert level knowledge on attribution and analytics platforms.
- You have been successful in a similar role at a consumer facing high growth company.
- You embrace start up culture.
- You easily grasp new concepts, highly organized, and have strong communications skills.
