Beyond Morning Recovery, the company is building a wide suite of supplements to dispatch daily stressors in life.
Position Summary
More Labs is looking for a rockstar digital/performance marketer to lead, drive and execute against customer acquisition strategies. You will own our customer acquisition campaigns, and focus on delivering against key performance metrics around CAC and website conversion. Secondary duties will include maintaining CRM programs, spearheading special growth projects, and managing ongoing website development. This position is perfect for experienced growth and acquisition leads who want to have a large impact on a high-growth, multi-channel business across both e-commerce and retail.
Ultimately, you will be working day in and day out with the CEO to identify high-growth opportunities, and execute against them. With the founding team that previously drove growth at Facebook, Uber, and Tesla - your goal is to build out a data-driven growth playbook for the direct-to-consumer CPG world.
Core Responsibilities
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will lead the development and execution of direct response campaigns and their performance, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, and online video.
Drive revenue by leveraging past experience with various marketing tools, including SEM, PPC, Social (Facebook/Instagram/Snap), retargeting, display etc.
Optimize our website funnel by guiding thoughtful website design modifications, unique landing page experiences, and overall experience improvements.
Grow leads and optimize email drip campaigns.
Partner with the Analytics team to develop LTV and ROI benchmarks and targets for our products.
Oversee and drive growth across all stages of the funnel, lead generation, conversion, retention and referrals.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in acquisition and direct response marketing for DTC brands, including programmatic display, search, and paid social
2+ years of experience with subscription businesses and e-commerce CRO, and are eager to build something from the ground up here
A combination of analytical chops to break down complex problems, but with creative ideas to test new concepts and attract new customers
Entrepreneurial spirit with the willingness to do whatever it takes to win
Must possess excellent communication skills, strong ability to prioritize, and lead teams to drive business results
