Affiliate Channel Manager
FabFitFun is looking for a highly analytical and creative Affiliate Channel Manager to join our in-house Acquisition Marketing team. This position will report directly to our Manager of Customer Acquisition, and will play a critical role in leading the development and execution of our affiliate marketing strategy. In this role, you will research and partner with relevant affiliates, while optimizing campaigns and budgets, and collecting analytics data for actionable insights. The ideal candidate is someone that strongly resonates with our team motto #iheartlowCPAs, and considers customer acquisition an art as much as a science.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the affiliate marketing channel by overseeing in-house and third party affiliate programs, including adding new affiliates, optimizing existing affiliates and scoring significant strategic and tactical wins with key partners in the channel
- Negotiate placements, collaborations, exclusives and other optimization opportunities with publishers to build successful partnerships and affiliate strategies
- Employ additional opportunities to leverage affiliate commission payout structures such as cash back rewards, employee perks, and other related programs
- Monitor publishers in regards to performance, use of creatives, bidding rights and optimization
- Generate and analyze reports, trends and other data to effectively communicate results and insights with key stake-holders and other cross-functional departments
- Collaborate with other channel leads to optimize campaigns, prevent fraud, and drive overall acquisition strategy
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience directly related to launching and managing various affiliate programs on the client side
- Experience working with top affiliate networks such as Rakuten, Impact Radius, Pepperjam and CJ
- Strong grasp of analytical reporting in Excel with understanding of formulas such as VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.
- Ability to optimize and drive performance across various affiliate models
- Comfortable with allocating a large-scale marketing budget to directly drive customer conversions
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners to efficiently drive campaign performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and Google Analytics
- Bonus Points: Pixel savvy and experience with Google Tag Manager
