Growth Marketing Manager
Renew is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our customer acquisition efforts. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will be directly responsible for the creation, implementation, analysis, and management of successful campaigns and initiatives for our market-tested Medicare insurance platform. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and has experience running successful performance marketing activities at scale. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute thoughtful, analytically-backed marketing strategies and optimization campaigns to deliver lead generation
Manage ad creation, implementation, analysis, strategy, and daily optimization of acquisition/growth campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook (among others)
Be an advocate for producing and using statistically significant results to drive decision-making
Work creatively to hit aggressive growth goals and improve efficiency
Develop and deliver marketing models and analytics, including key performance metrics by channel and campaign
Partner with the Product team to innovate meaningful acquisition tests and funnel improvement
Qualifications:
4+ years in an analytically-oriented marketing organization
Track record of success achieving measurable results
Experience running campaigns and media planning within digital channels
Comfort with Excel, SQL, and data visualization products (e.g. Tableau, Looker) and other tools to build reports and conduct analyses to provide ongoing recommendations for adjustments to plan
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with limited resources
Sense of humor and humility
