The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team and help support our rapidly growing business. This position will help provide a variety of marketing services across the business, with a particular focus on supporting our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive social media strategy and execution across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Own content creation, including sourcing and developing creative and copy for organic and paid channels
  • Monitor day-to-day activities and surface trends to internal stakeholders
  • Manage platforms including Google My Business, Yelp, and Trustpilot, and proactively source new opportunities for organic growth
  • Support new marketing initiatives including influencers, affiliates, Google Shopping, etc.
  • Manage monthly finance and budgeting reports for all marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated academic excellence
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Passionate about marketing, enjoy being creative and intellectually curious
  • Exemplary work ethic, strong internal motivation and desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to manage and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets
